Contains annual electricity and gas consumption data for Great Britain at the property level from 2004 onwards.
This dataset contains annual electricity and gas consumption data at the property level covering Great Britain from 2004 onwards. Both domestic and non-domestic properties are included.
Only meters which have been matched to a Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) are included, which means that coverage is far less complete for non-domestic properties. Regular outputs from meter level annual electricity and gas consumption data are published by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and are available on the subnational electricity and subnational gas pages of GOV.UK.
These data also form one aspect of the National Energy Efficiency Data-Framework (see domestic NEED and non-domestic NEED).
