This dataset is drawn from energy performance certificates issued for domestic and non-domestic buildings constructed, sold or let since 2008. Data from display energy certificates issued for buildings occupied by public authorities also dates back to 2008.
It provides information on the energy efficiency ratings of domestic and non-domestic buildings during the energy assessment process. This dataset is a part of the NetZero Integrated Data Asset and provides the mechanism to link multiple sources via the Reference Data Management Framework (RDMF), to create a new comprehensive asset. For internal use. This asset is the indexed version of asset 1841 Energy performance certificate data for England and Wales, 2020 to 2022.
The dataset has been indexed as follows:

This asset contains Reference Data Management Framework ids in place of identifiable information.
This child asset differs from 3618 which is also an indexed version of 1841. Child asset 3618 was created for a one-off delivery of data with limited, historic temporal coverage.
All data hosted on the Integrated Data Service (IDS) are de-identified.
