How to access : Reset your password

If you forget your password for your Google account or it is not working, do not use the forgotten password link on the Google sign in page as it could lock your account.

Email IDS.customer.support@ons.gov.uk (opens in a new tab)  and we will provide a new password.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we aim to respond as soon as possible.

Our inbox is not monitored on bank holidays.
