How to access : Sign in to the Integrated Data Service Hub

The Integrated Data Service (IDS) Hub is a secure platform where authorised users can access IDS products and services. You will have access to this platform when your project has been approved.

To sign in, you will be directed to Google's Identity and Authentication Management (IAM) platform. Your sign in details are provided in your welcome email, as you will not be able to use your usual work email address.

When accessing for the first time, download the Google Authenticator app and set up multi-factor authentication.

If you have already set this up, then sign in to the IDS Hub (opens in a new tab) 

Your Notebook is protected by Cloudflare, a secure service that prevents malware and phishing. You may be prompted to enter your sign in details again to access it.

Reset your password

If you forget your password or it is not working, do not use the forgotten password link on the Google sign in page as it could lock your account.

Email IDS.customer.support@ons.gov.uk (opens in a new tab)  and we will provide a new password.
