COVID-19 Schools Infection Survey linked with Test and Trace, England

Participants from the School Infection Survey (SIS), which ran during the academic year 2020 to 2021, linked to their Test and Trace COVID-19 test results.

The purpose of this dataset is to understand the prevalence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in schools in England, using longitudinal data and including antibody testing to monitor seroconversion over the academic year.

Demographic information is also included allowing for analysis by different variables to identify patterns and trends.

COVID-19 School Infection Survey (SIS) participants have been linked to the Test and Trace data to obtain information on COVID-19 test results taken outside of the testing rounds as part of SIS.

All data hosted on the Integrated Data Service (IDS) are de-identified.
