Price paid data tracks property sales in Great Britain submitted to HM Land Registry for registration. It is based on the raw data released each month. This extract covers all data for the period 1995 to January 2021, and contains 26,889,532 records.
The dataset has been indexed as follows:
- to the Geography Index: on postcode
- to the Address Index: on unique property reference number (UPRN)
This dataset is a part of the Levelling Up Integrated Data Asset and provides the addition of Reference Data Management Framework (RDMF) identifiers to enable this data source to be linked to other data sources containing the same RDMF identifiers. This asset contains RDMF IDs in place of identifiable information, the fields affected are:
- postcode
- paon
- saon
- street
- locality
- town
- city
- district
- county
